I am looking at a used 2008 Toyota Solara (5000 miles) and they are asking $33,995 but in looking at brand new 2008 I find 32,000 is the top of the line price. Does the Toyota drop value once you drive the car off the lot?

I heard of this truck on TV. It was lifted from the factory, with heavy-duty tires and wheels. It was built for the government for border patrol, I think. Does anyone know the name of it?

According to my research , they do not exist. Yet there is one on my daily driver. I need a new lead for a part source which may not be on the web. The teeth on regulators arms are almost worn out. Please, throw a girl a hubcap or something.

I have a 1984 Dodge D150 shortbed pickup with a 318/2 bbl. and the stock factory 4 speed trans (A833????) and a 3.23 rear end ...will one of the newer 4 speed automatic overdrive transmissions bolt in easily (or at all)? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Tom

It is a peugeot 407 tdi estate auto with 70000 miles on clock. It seems fine in all other aspects of driving, but a bit scary if want to nip away!

When I put the key in the ignition it only turns once, not all the way. The night before it was working perfectly fine, but in the morning it just wouldn't start. I didn't have any warnings that somethig was going wrong with my car. I have a feeling that it could be the alarm system, although I don't have the factory alarm in my car.
Does someone know how to deactivate the alarm? or has anyone had a similar situation?

I posted a question asking people's opinions on pontiac grand am's and i am dissappointed with the results. everybody hates on them for a whole bunch of reasons and i do not know why. every car is going to have issues at some point so i dont know why people are telling me that my grand am will have major problems. it has new tires, breaks, rotors, water pump, fuel filter and gas tank. is there really anything about grand am's that is THAT bad??? its a 99 with only 60K and its in mint condition

I just bought the new Nissan Rogue, because it is the first year for the vehicle I decided to go with the extended 100k mile warranty. It is called Nissan Security +. I am trying to figure out if I got ripped off, they charged me $2396. Does anyone know anything about this warranty or if I paid to much?

I hooked everything back up the way it was before i started and now its idling real bad shaking and sputtering except when i give it gas. When working on it i unhooked a rubber fuel hose on accident thinking it was a vacuum line. spilled a little gas then hooked it back up. Then removed the fuse for the fuel pump and ran it out of gas incase i did that again. Did i screw something up buy doing this i figured it was safe to do since the instructions for changing the fuel filter tell me to do that? is it a fuel problem or a vacuum problem? 1995 nissan pickup 4 cylinder, fuel injected.

I have a VW polo. A few weeks ago the starter motor had to be replaced and since then (I don't think it was doing it before but I can't be sure) whenever I use the car and the engine has stopped there is a clicking/ticking sound coming from the front of the car. Has anyone got any idea what this could be? or what could cause it? is it anything to worry about?
