take and remove all the screws in any of the trim part of it,also remove the door handle,then use a flat edged tool to go around the edge of it and pop it outwards,it will pop out some,make sure at this point you have nothing holding it remove any screws or anything that has to do with the panel and then lift upwards on it and will come off,take your time with it though,you have to make sure everything is loose or you,ll break the panel,good luck on it.

Dodge man is right. However, you may have to go to an auto parts store or dealer and get some new fasteners to replace the ones broken. They are plastic and break easily. There is no way to keep them from breaking.
