lastly, buy this month's issue of HEMMINGS MOTOR NEWS at the largest magazine shop in your area (about 7 dollars). There will be advertisements for all makes from all over the USA.
EDITED AFTER YOUR LAST COMMENT:
Yikes, you have an A-body? If you ever need 10" brake drums, you'll have great difficulties. I paid $165 for two, 10 years ago!. Please consider changing all brakes to disc. It will be expensive, unoriginal, but safer and longer lasting. The axle spindles must be changed too, sorry.

a 67 is a good choice - I have owned a couple 69's and currently have a 68 convert
The above answers are all good - your best bet if you are starting out is mopar swap meets
Your biggest problem is rust and will be to arrive at a decent set of front fenders/doors and chrome or polished trim.
Desert Valley has excellent products but at quite high prices - Also look at Laysons - they have a lot of really good reproduction stuff for early barracudas
Good luck

For 67 Barracuda's, there are parts regularly on the A-Body parts sections on Moparts -> http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=A&Number=3920038&page=0&fpart=all <- It looks like there are a number of parts for sale there, or you can post a want add if a part you are looking for isnt there.
For these 2nd Gen A-bodies (Dart, Valiant, Barracuda), Suspension, Drive-train and more are fully inter-changeable.
Restoration Interior can be got from Legendary Auto Interiors -> http://www.legendaryautointeriors.com/ . This includes carpet, seats, door-panels, kickers, and even external vinyl top if yours has one.
There is some aftermarket trim available for these car's. Layson's carries a lot, but is a difficult vendor to order from. Orders take for-ever. If you order anything from them, make sure it is in stock and that they will be ready to quickly ship it to you. http://www.laysons.com . The best way to buy from these guys is at a mopar car show that they are in attendance to.
For restoration, you may need to have a number of your parts restored like your dash. There is a company out there called just dashes that does a good job, but they are a little expensive. http://www.justdashes.com
For Trim, you will need to find a local shop that does chroming and adonizing.
For Body, If you are looking for replacement panels sherman's carries a number of pieces for it -> http://store.shermanparts.com/cgi-bin/sherman/product_list.html?img_num=250
For frame, auto rust technicians has replacement pieces available -> http://www.autorust.com/chart-a.html
Hope this helps.

As a long time collector of B & E body mopars I suggest you pickup a Mopar Muscle magazine or Mopar Collectors Guide magazine at your local supermarket or newstand, I've seen Mopar Muscle on the rack at Advance Auto as well. They will have advertisements to get you started on the road to cruising in your Barracuda. Good Luck.
