what year? most Nissan fuse box should be on little bottom left of the steering wheel

I agree there is fuses below the instrument panel left of the steering wheel under the square cover above the hood release. I am glad your pre 1993 Nissan only has power mirror problems.

My former car was an 89 Stanza - it was to the left of the steering wheel.
