Car Makes - April 2007

I reallly like the looks of the FX but I do like MDX's features and praticality i.e. the trunk release (especially with the baby.. it would be handy)
I feel better with the FX styling, but is the MDX definately has it all!!!
Please vote and give a reason either way!

i have a honda accord 2.0l es 1999 Treg with in uk the srs light came on and i took it to honda and they reset it and they charged me $50 and couple weeks after it has come on again, i dont know what to do is there a way of reseting it my self. sure honda was saying it was something to do with the seat side airbags or summat. has anyone tried it out there!!!!

I have a 1986 Dodge 600 Convertible 2.2L naturally aspirated [NON-TURBO]. Basically a K-Car same thing as a Lebaron or Aries really. The car has 82,000km on it & I use Valoline Conventional 10w-30 in summer & 5w-30 & sometimes Valvoline Maxlife of the same grade but conventional. I change the Oil every 5,000km. Is it ok for the car to use Syntehtic Oil. I've heard some people say that older cars oil leaks through the gasket. Also this car has never had the engine rebuilt it in the original from the factory and I am the 3rd owner within the family.

I need to buy parts for my honda. is there any difference between the parts of Honda ACCORD 2DR EX V6 and Honda ACCORD 2DR EX LEATHER? I have never heard before about the Honda ACCORD 2DR EX LEATHER!! does anyone know anything about what's the difference between them? and do the parts of the ACCORD 2DR EX LEATHER cover the ACCORD 2DR EX V6?

I have a 1994 Saturn SW2. Here is what it has been doing, and what I have done:

The radio and auto seat belts will intermittently work or not work, or flicker on and off...and the motor will occasionally act like it is going to die, but then pick right back up again as if nothing has happened. The ABS system has been acting up on me as well. The battery light will flicker sometimes. When I try to crank the car it sounds like it is struggling a little bit to get the starter motor to turn.

I took a voltmeter and checked the battery when the car was turned off, and I got a constant measurement of 10V.

I started the car, and tested it again with the voltmeter. This time, it would give me 10V, then jump to 13V, then go back to 10V, then jump to 13V....back and forth every twenty seconds or so.

I turned on the headlights and radio, then checked it again. This time I got a fairly constant reading of 13V, and only occasionally did it fall below that.

Bad battery, alternator, or else?

Because if the potential buyer completes the purchased of Chrysler, the new management will have a tougher road ahead to bring this once great American vehicle back to greatness.

Like:

1. Possibly redesigning the physical models that they alreay have out (if necessary).

2. Possibly change the engine that they will support (if HEMI is not included in the purchase).

3. And what new things (items, innovation, etc.) that you can bring to the table that will make DCX regret of selling Chrysler.

4. Will they make all the model cars to be build in the USA (may increase industrial jobs).

5. Try to gain support from UAW

6. ETC. (There are a lot of things that they will have to do)

Wwhy is my trucks interior by the passenger side feet leaking engine collant?
i have a 1991 gmc sonoma.
and earlier i looked and there was green engine collant leaking in smalll amounts to large amounts from where the passenger puts their feet..
what is it?

Sometimes when I am driving if I hit a bump the wheels will kick and the car will vibrate violently. Is this the steering stabelizer or am I overlooking something else. I have replaced the stabelizer several times but it only fixes the problem for about 2 or 3 months. What should I do?

Yesterday my service engine light came on....I have approximately 62,000 miles on this car and everything seems to running fine, no problems whatsover. I have checked all of the obvious things including transaxle fluid, all to no avail. Before I sink a ton of money into having a garage diagnos this problem does anyone have any suggestions or know of any problems associated with this car concerning the light???

I am having some problems with my stupid car, and I keep getting the runaround on what it wrong with it.
I barely have brakes. When I stop, I slide. I thought it was my tires (they were in BAD shape), so I got new ones. I was told it was my ABS box under the hood, it needed to be bled. So I did that. I still slide and the brakes go to the floor when I am stopped. I have to put it in park so I don't hit the person in front of me. What could be wrong.
On to the next dilemma. Something is eating at my tires. I go through tires within a month. Late last year the control arm broke, and it was fixed. Since then, something is tearing up the inner side of the tires. Auto Zone said it was the stabilizer bar..that the bolts were wore down and needed to be replaced. I don't even know where to start in replacing those. I think a shock might need to be replaced, but would that do that to both sides of my tires.... Please help me.

i need to get a 4 ga. wire from the battery to under the back seat for a audio system, I plan to do all the work myself, but the part that makes me most nervous is drilling through something unintentionally, is there a specific location on the firewall that is safe that would come out say near the right front speaker housing somewhere? specific dimensions would be the cats meow. I am not mechanically inclinded, but i know stereos.

I have Honda Accord 2001 with 92K miles on it. I recently got a tune up (changed spark plugs, ignition wires, anti freeze & fuel injection) done 5 months back. I got my last oil change about 1600 miles back.

I did trade my accord for a crv at Herb Chambers honda in Boston. they told me they just got the CRV and the bank has the title. It wont be at the dealer for 5-7 days. i did put a deposite and they told me to drive my car until they get the title. Is this normal or is something fishy about it? How long does it take usually for the bank to send the title? less than a week?... please advise.

We want to pull a pop up camper behind our CRV. We looked on both websites and the US engine is actually larger but it says it can only tow 1500 lbs while the UK model can tow more than 2000 lbs.

like its weird. on the sl 65 amg, they limit it to 155 when it could probably go 230 and they limit the m5 to 155. is the some sort of tax on these cars if tehy go over or they too scared some idiot will think its a normal car and kill them selves
