the EX-L version of the accord coupe included leather interior. The EX-L is the top of the line model and may have a different audio system (more speakers or a 6 disc in dash cd player) and on some years, the EX-L was the only model Accord that you could get a Navigation system on.

other than the leather interior and the possible Navigation or audio system options, all of the parts for the mechanical car are the same as the EX Accord. I think that the EX-L was only available as a V-6 while the EX Accord could also be had with the I-4 VTEC engine.

If you're after interior parts then, there is a difference; other than that, no difference.

hope that answers your questions

There is no difference in the body parts; only the interior parts. The suspension and body panels are all the same as long as the model is the same. The 2003-2006 Accords are the same; 2007 is different.

one is a four cylynder and one a V6. No you cannot use same engine parts for them theyt are totally different. Body parts, interior parts fine but suspension, engine, and tranny no way. In response to the next answer I worked for Honda for 5 years. Ex-V6 was the top of the line! Ex-l was a 4 cyl with leather top of the line for the 4 cyl. engines. My answer stands as no you cannot switch mechanical, suspension, or tranny parts. Other than that they are similar but not identical. A EX-V6 came with power passenger seat, not an Ex-L. A Ex-V6 came with fogs and 17" wheels not a EX-L
