it has 3.73 ring and pinion, stock 3 speed tranny with twin stick transfer case. has buick "dauntless" oddfire V6. this is a 1969 jeep cj5.

Its a 95 ford aerostar and the door chime is somewhere near the gas pedal and is starting to get annoying. Is there someway to break this thing so it \never goes off again?

my transfer case shifter got stuck on neutral while the engine was running and I attempted to go on "P" . There were some loud noises every time i did that . Now, should I be worried about the transmission if that happened a few times.

I was wondering if my first recall switch has gone bad, after dealer replaced it 100,000 mi or so ago. If the recall would uphold the recall the second time?

And provide me with "free" inspection of this switch...

Is Toyota an American Hoax?
Are you an Americans being completely fooled by big bad toyota? Sure they have big bold commercials and yes they maybe good at copying american truck designs (The Tundra is almost a replica of the F-150) but as for me I dont want to get dirty with toyota. Toyota represents the vehicle for modern day hippies. Not that I am against good gas mileage or anything but the American Auto-Makers offer fuel efficient machines as well. Actually ford plans on releasing a truck that gets better gas mileage then a toyota prius in 2008 it is called a hydraulic hybrid. The battery is completely dead, no lights, can't even get into the trunk, only the driver side door will unlock with a key. Is there anyway I can get into the trunk now where I have jumper cables?

if you turn the key foward one time you can hear the stereo but the door bell rings all the time if you turn the key twice all the lights turn on .. so my question is: can you hear music without the door bell ringing..... and does this model of truck doesn't turn the key back ?

am interested in the 302 crate motor offered by ford. I currently have a 2006 ford mustang V-6. What am I looking at as far as challanges, I have been made aware that the computer is different, and the exhaust has to be changed. Some individuals told me to find a part car with a H.O engine. Help!

The fuel pump won't work unless it is wired direct first I thought it was the fuel pump relay but after doing all the test it says it's good but even when you hook the fuel pump up direct it still does not put anything out through the injector I have replaced the injector th ecm the fuel pump relay checked all fuses can someone please help me

I own a 1891 Caprice and I had a bad misfire under load only I posted 5 questions to try to figure out the problem asking the Chevrolet experts here on this sight what could be wrong with the car.I received many answers ranging from a bad TPS sensor, o2 sensor , MAP sensor, distributer ignition module, cap , rotor, coil, main ECM computer, fuel pump, ignition switch, all wiring harnesses from the collem to the ignition system also the wiring harness for the fuel pump, Mass air flow sensor, and just about all the components that the car has excluding the engine and transmission itself. I replaced it all as I knew the experts that answered my question had years of experience! The cost of all these components exceeded $2300.00 and yet the problem didnt go away in fact, it became much worse! Anyway, yesterday a 16 year old guy from my neighborhood came over to my house and fixed the car with his first try! how did he do this? He replaced the spark plug wires! The cost was $17.55. Thanks
