Big flat tipped screwdriver. They do pop off. Just not easily.

i could be wrong, but i dont think you need to take the inside of the axle off, take a rubber hammer and hit the back of the rotor, it should just pop off. on most cars the rotors are just stuck because of the amount of time they have been on. again, i cant see it so i cant be sure.

take the dust cap off ,inside should be a nut .
with a screw driver ,pry the dust cap off ,unscrew the nut .

remove your lug nuts first... the cap will come off...when you remove the wheel.
