How can I release the hood on a 99 Chevy Blazer S-10? I snapped the cable while pulling with a pair of pliers. Is there a way to do it without taking the grill off or getting on the ground. I am in the North East and the weather is horrible I do not have easy access to a garage, any suggestions.

I have a 67 Mustang and I'm not sure where to find the VIN number. I have tried checking inside the driver side door jamb, there is a plate with numbers but it is not the VIN number. My husband said it is under the hood (long story but he can't get to the car) but I do not see it. There is a lot of rust under the hood, so I'm not sure how visible it would be. Could someone please provide me with specific instructions on where the VIN is?

My 02 ford wont start. I read the answers posted and have changed the fuel filter and now I want to check the glow plug solenoid. There are what looks like two solenids by the fuel filter and both have several wires one terminals. Which one is which and how do you test to see if its bad?

I want to buy a BMW. But before I do I want to know, why they are praised among all other cars? I'm really looking into a 1998 M3 that I want to buy, what is great about this car????? Is it fast? how much better is it than a lexus is300? Tell me everything you can find about an M3 and what is so special about it. And also what are the difference between all of these BMWs??????????? There are so many 328i, 318is, 720iL, I'd be here forever naming the models and a lot of them look practically the same from the outside. I thought it was the switch at first, but when I turn the lever it clicks and shuts off but doesn't like up, is that most likely the relay? Or is it the switch, I thought if it was the switch would it not be making any noises at all? Please Help!!
