If you have not stripped out the heads of those screws, you can use a hammer to carefully apply some impact blows to the screw itself. Have a #3 or possibly a #2 phillips screwdriver that you can hit with a hammer, and apply a few blows while trying to turn both ways. Dont forget to go ahead and apply some rust penetrating oil or spray to the screw to help loosen it.
In the event that the screws are totally stripped out... cross your fingers and pray you have a good drill and drill bits... and a tap, and helicoil......... did I mention that a good brake shop may be able to help you out without going too far into the money?

Good luck.

Use an impact driver to lossen the screws. If you cant get them, you can burn them out with a torch. The screws are not necassary to put back in (thier only purpose is to hold the rotor on when going down the assembly line.)

Take a blow torch and heat up the area. Then let it cool it for 2 - 3 minutes. Then use impact screw driver to take it out. If head is stripped, you will need to drill the screw out.
