im planning to buy a car really soon. not sure when is the best time to actually go and get a good deal/more negotiation outta the price? at the end of the month when salespeople need their quotas met or during the middle of the month??? also what else could i do or say to negotiate better or watch out for when dealing w/ the salesguy.

I am financing $13,759 on my new car at 15.75% (this is my first new car). I have made 3 payments on time at $335, and my new balance is $13,559. I haven't yet heard a response from toyota financial about this, so I was wondering, does this sound right? It seems to me that my balance should be lower than that. Can someone explain this to me?

Within a month the power steering pump stopped working, he said it was my fault i should have known it would fail.. I said i would get the pump from a local dealer i know and he could borrow another car for work. I got the pump and am waiting for it to be picked up by his mechanic

He called me yesterday to tell me the loan car had blew up and he needed another..

I told him to F**k off

I bought my daughter a 98 VW Bettle as a graduation gift. I paid $6000 for it. I had to save for this gift. I raised my daughter alone and it was difficult. We had the car 1 month and it broke down in Alabama stranding her for a week. I had it tolled back to Atlanta. It cost me $800 to fix. It has given us nothing but problems. It now need a water pump, so I decided to get rid of it. I took it to the dealer and it had been wrecked 2 times were the air bags deplated. My mistake was not getting a Vehicle report before the purchase.I bought it from a private seller but it was sitting on a car lot when we purchased it. (Ron's Auto Sale) Another dealer wants to give me $3500 for the car, so Im in the hole by $2500 plus repairs done. Is there anything I can do legally to get my money back? The car was sold as is, but the accidents were never disclosed to me and I overpaid for this vehicle. The lemon law in Georgia is for new cars. I am really hurt by this. Please help ! What can be done?

As I understand it I:
1) Collect the money $24 k
2) Pay off the bank, Little less than 24k.
3) Sign over the title to Mr. X.

I know I am to issue a Bill of Sale to the buyer, but what other reassurance can I give so that he doesn't think I will pull a fast one an not send him the title? I know he'll have the truck, but...

Facts: I'm in CA. I have DMV Bill of Sale, the lein holding bank is 4 hrs away, he is 2 hrs away.

I know the bmw is more sporty to drive and holds it's resale, and is easy to maintain and all that practical stuff guys care about, but i want to know which one has more prestige. Here's the thing, i live in southern california, where everyone and their mother has a bmw. I think they look great, but i was thinking maybe just because there are so many of them on the road and they are just so trendy, it might be good to get something different. also, bmw is going to change their body style yet again, and the audi doesn't change too much, so you can't tell how old they are as much. I'll be buying used, like a 2002. Do you think it's good to go with the safe choice (bmw) or the more something that stands out, less trendy? guys, what would catch your eye more? it's between the audi A4 and the BMW 325i. THANKS!
