I am in the State of CA and just passed the Written part of the drivers test. Can i buy a car on that temporay license. Its a proper license, not a permit to drive with an adult who has a license. I got a temp license because i was drivig in India.
So is it going to be a problem registering the car on a temp license

Does anyone have tips on making burned CD's play in car stereos? My car is a '96 and has a stock CD player. It takes a while of inserting and reinserting the burned CD to be read and play. My friend licks his CD's to make them play, and it works for his car, but it didn't work for mine.

I own a 2003 Infiniti QX4 and I was about to purchase some 22" rims for it. However, winter is coming up and I was wondering if they would handle alright in the snow? Especially here in Denver.

I have on several occasions applyed the parking brake on my truck and forgot it was on. Later when I would come back to my vehicle and would leave and the parking brake would still be on. Sometimes I notice that its on right after I start driving other times I may not notice until after driving several miles.

Now when I apply my parking brake the parking brake light doesn't come on. Why will the light not come on? How can I fix it so the light will come on? Also how do I fix my parking brake so my vehicle won't move when it is on?

now judging by these two videos, it looks like it works perfectly as explained, but many youtube users left a comment stating that its a hoax or fake, on the other hand, many others says it works for them and all. one comment that caught my attention is that if you do this, it will mess up whatever is being used to play the music, ipod, computer, stereo. so now im confused. im asking electicians or professional on speakers if this really works. is there anything you have to lose on this?

the check engine light comes on after a few miles of driving and stays on until i shut off the car. then it will stay off and come back on after a few miles

I am looking to begin searching out and building my dream car.
I am not sure if I can fit a 454 Big Block into a 70 chevelle. I can right?
If I can, what advantages will the Big Block give me over the small block (454)
Any additional information on what you guys think I can do with a 70 chevelle I will gladely accept.
I want to make it an awesome power car. I am not interested in it being a sleeper.

I could hear a lump, lump sound from the front of my car. I thought it was a bubble in the tire, but after replacing them and finding there was no probs with the tires, I found out it is the strut that need replacing. The car has 110k miles.
