HOLY COW! Why all the detail about being a single mother, and 38, and looking like an older Hillary Duff? Are you trying to paint a picture of WHY you come across as a bitter, old, jaded *****? I can understand to a point getting irritated with car salesman...but to walk in and act superior to this poor guy who was just trying to do his job is...sad. Nice job, Lizzie McGuire. Hope you're proud of yourself. What you're asking for isn't respect...it's called *** kissing. Could you not have asked the guy not to call you "Missy" in a resptful way...the same way you wanted to be treated? You're lucky...I'd have told you to take your cash and go someplace else!

Neither. I would either go for a truck, or something like a 350Z/G35. It has more to do with personality than gender, whichever type of vehicle to get. However, Lexus is toyota, and they are quite dependable...So if I only had those choices, I would go with the lexus.

The BMW is a no-brainer. If someone is interested in the LS 460, the best thing to do is buy a Toyota Avalon and save 50k, the LS is a 70k toyota.

The BMW 7 series with a sport pkg

I'll only keep it for 2 or 3 years and get something new.

The Lexus is something I would get for my wife.....

Do you hate me now?

Neither. I feel no need to pay thousands of dollars merely for a name in cheap chrome. I'll take the automobile that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg in repairs, and that will reliably take me from point A to point B.
