I am in the State of CA and just passed the Written part of the drivers test. Can i buy a car on that temporay license. Its a proper license, not a permit to drive with an adult who has a license. I got a temp license because i was drivig in India.
So is it going to be a problem registering the car on a temp license

No, you can register the car with the temp license. No problem. However, since the temp license doesn't have a photo, you should have some photo ID with it just in case.
