Some say wetsand it down, add primer coat on the top of that then paint, some say just apply primer over antifouling and repaint while some say apply primer, resand then paint in your colour choice - what do you say?

I have had technitians look and change just about everything, lift pump, fuel lines, and a few other things. They say it's fixed, but the next morning I have the same problem. It will sometimes start if I park it on a tilt or up hill. Any suggestions???

Its a used 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 Special Edition-fog lights, 6spkrs s.s., auto headlight switch
Its blue and has only 13,000 miles on it
They want 16,500 for it but its scratched and scuffed more than it should be ( this does not bother me because a little rubbing compund can remove it)
They have another 06 2.5s for 14,300 with 25,000 miles with no scratches at all but the wheel behind the hubcap is rusted and that bothers me and i just like the blue one better but anyways

How can i talk them down to about 14900-15555?
Or getting this price out of the question?

What were to happen if I was traveling 50 mph and I would change the gear to reverse? Would it slow down and go back or would it throw me out of control...just curious....as you can see i'm bored at work.

I live in Phoenix Arizona, where the smog is unbearable..I have a 2005 GMC Sierra (no i dont want to downsize, or buy a new hybrid vehicle, im too bonded with my truck) and am really considering having a conversion done to help with this big issue. I try to carpool as much as I can but I cant take the live karaoke in my passenger seat 5x a week anymore. The only problem is I cannot find a local place to do it, i've been researching for a few weeks and the best opinions i've heard is to buy the kit online now and worry about install later..and I'd like to have it all covered at the same time. So anyone who can help me out with this, tell me pro's, con's, and most of all where I can get this done at! thanks so much!

When I clean my car windows, the outside is no problem to clean, it's the inside. I've used regular Windex and Windex with vinegar. Neither of them has worked. I still have this annoying film on my windows that make them look dirty. What are some products that you use to clean them with?

My boyfriend has a Mustang GT 2002. It's cherried out and, I must admit that it rocks. However, he's only let me drive it a few time and, while I try to understand that it's his baby...it's only a car!! He keeps it covered, won't drive it in the rain and has the middle space in our garage. Am I being insensitive? I kind of understand, but don't totally understand the rules. Can ya help a sistah out? did not go through the dealer.I used a company called EWC, out of St. Louis MO., and I checked with the better business bureau and the company looked good.. Been in business for 15 years, employs over 60 people, and have only had one complaint in 3 years. Do you know of this company???

When I accelerate from a dead stop it trembles like crazy, this is only in the morning. Once it gets moving its fine. One thing I do notice is that the tachometer goes down to like 200 rpms when this trembling takes place. The tach usually shows 900-1,000 when its idle. It just won't take off like it should. The more you get on the gas the more it trembles. When I'm on the highway going about 40 mph and I need to get moving, I "floor" it and it trembles really bad and jerks into gear.

Any reason why?

Everyone I talk to says that Toyotas last longer and are more durable than any other vehicle make on the market. Is this true? If not, why doesn't the value of Toyotas ever seem to deprecate?

Heck, even the guy at the Grease Monkey said that he's never seem a Toyota "kick the bucket" with less than 400,000 miles on the original engine and transmission. Is any of this true folks or do Toyotas simply hold their value longer and carry a larger price tag because the parts are imported?

I think a lot of people just yield at stop signs more than just stop. heres the definition of yield:

so last night i got crunked and brought my boss along with me by the way i work at target and then i was grinding this hot chick and then i got tired and wanted to go home but i was crunk and couldnt walk home so i got my boss to drive me b/c he is a pacifst who wont drink and likes animals and he was drving me on his moped and i acidentaly threw up on him and he lost control of the moped and crashed into a tree and then proceeded to get all pissed and then i threw up on him again so i decided to walk home.

so am i gonna get fired b/c i like my job and hope he doesnt become pregudiced again me b/c i got a little cr4zy?

Bought a vehicle private party. Had it for less than 48 hours and it has completely died. Had a mechanic look at it and he listed a laundry list of items that need repair. Vehicle wont even start!!! None of the items found by the mechanic were mentioned from seller. When speaking to seller he said that he is completely surprised about the car not starting. What rights do I have? I have made him a deal, but he wants to get back to me.
