Windex w/ newspaper. A little alcohol helps keep it clean, which is why window cleaners never use it.

Next Time Try cleaning them with old news paper and Windex, just tear one side of the paper in half and wad it up and use it like a rag, news paper does wonders where a cloth leaves lint and streaks behind.

USE the Windex....BUT
use a crumpled up newspaper for the "rag", wipe in a circular motion, put some pressure on it too. Keep circling until the streaks disappear...
This is what the detailers do.
