No, I don't think you will get fired because you like your job.
But I suspect he might fire you for making up this funny story.

Your boss sounds like a nice man for not leaving you in the first place - I wouldn't have let a drunk on my moped - too dangerous, as you have demonstrated.
If he let a drunk on his bike it's his own fault - how bad is the damage? Is the bike wrecked? You could offer to pay for repairs, or clean it if it is mostly ok. Apologise a lot, and I'm sure you will be fine.
If he fires you because you got drunk outside of work I think you would be able to claim unfair dismissal, unless he could show that the companies reputation had been damaged by your behaviour.

It depends, some companies take ethics very seriously, and actually care how their employees act outside of work. This might not hold true because you work at target, but how would your boss feel if you had told everyone where you worked and then acted like that in front of a lot of people, how do you think they would proceed to feel about target? You probably deserve to be fired, and your boss should take this into consideration and get a better vehicle than a moped.

Wow, I don't know if it was such a good idea to get all "crunked" around your pacifist, animal loving boss. Since you didn't injure any animals (only a tree), I would say you might still have a chance. However, I'd at least offer to clean the vomit off his moped for him...

Probably not.
Work is seperate from the other things you do, so that is not likely.
You NEED to compensate him for your gross act of stupidity though, and HE is management, and many places have fraternization rules. It is likely you broke a couple of them.
Frankly though, your story does not sound believeable. It is incredibly stupid to be riding on a moped drunk (even on the back), and it would incredibly stupid for someone sober to ride you anywhere. Anyway, just ny thought on it.

No! he cannot fire you for something that happen off the job site that he was part of even though he didn't do any drinking. You have rights that are protected by Government rules, if he try's to fire you tell him that you will file a law suit though the attorney general office of your State. If you have a union you can file though them.

Yes I would think so.
What would you do if you were the boss, and an employee behaved appallingly, vomited upon you (twice), and caused you to crash your lovely moped? They wouldn't win employee of the month now, would they?
Your private life and the standards of behaviour you choose are completely your own business, except when they affect someone else.
Perhaps in future you may consider that it is not a good idea to mix business with pleasure.

Apologize all over yourself, offer to pay
for dry-cleaning and the damage to the moped,
Do Pay, and maybe not.
Don't ask for a raise anytime soon.
