It says OC where the temperature used to be. I hope there is a reset somewhere or a easy fix. Any ideas? What does OC stand for?

It has two seats, but five seat belts. Three in front and two behind the seats. But they're on the floor, and if people were to sit there it would be tight. Is it legal? I mean, they would be seatbelted.

Thanks.

My friend keeps doing high rev neutral burnouts in his 2002 acura. he revs it to about 5000 and drops the shifter into drive or low. Will this ruin the transmission or engine? he doesnt seem to think so! how many neutral burnouts can a car take these days? in the 70s, my high school buddies used to do it all the time and never had a problem, but i dont thnk it is the same now a days?

We're working on a school project involving disaster scenarios from a business perspective. Our project is a train derailment and we need to calculate how much our total loss will be. We have the specifics on how much our actual cargo loss will be based on the value of good and the number of train cars but is there anything else we're leaving out? Our scenario says it is a cargo train with no passengers that has derailed in a country setting. Would we need to figure in some type of settlement for the conductors? And wouldn't there be some type of cleanup cost? Would the railroad have it's own personnel for that or do they contract it out? If so at what cost? And if the derailment is in the country do we need to pay the property owners for derailing on their ground? Or is it a payment to the county or state, and how much is this payment? If there's anything else I'm leaving out please let me know. Due next week so any help is appreciated!!

Am learning how to ride a motorcycle and am wondering when am slowing down can I wait to change the gears when am at a complete stop or do i have to decrese the gears one by one. I live where there is alot of traffic and it is pain in the behind if i always downshift while slowing down every minute or less. I thought it'll be easier for example if am in 4th gear, I'll stop the bike in the 4th gear...and then shift it back to the first. Will this wear out the clutch quickly?

i think this also damages my rotors cause i go through them once a year too. ive already replaced the calipers, (in pairs of course).i know brake pads are suppose to wear down flat and evenly and rotors should last a life time (no i dont drive like a maniac). it seems like there is something wrong that keeps causing this over and over.i replaced a tirerod end on one side not to long ago, i dont know if thats related.

Its in restorable condition. Great interior. Good body, needs paint. Runs, may need a battery now. Just wondering if there is any particular "collector" interest in this type of car, and possibly what it may be worth?

I kind of have the reputation as a nerd, so I thought it'd be funny if I put some spinners on my 94 corolla. So what is the cheapest you think I'll be able to find them for, and where (i wouldn't mind even getting them at Walmart if they have them)?

I have a 1997 Nissan Sentra GXE. Cylinder #2 is receiving no compression and thus is not firing. To repair would either require quite a bit of labor (timewise) or just plugging in a new engine. These options are not worth it to me and so I will be looking for a new car soon. My question, though, is, how long can I run this car on three cylinders for? Should it last me a few months? Could I take it on a long drive (400 miles) that does not have any hills (it's relatively flat terrain)? Thanks to anyone who has some help or advice!
