i run 10w30 in my jeep, and i just bought 10w30 coventional oil, should i return it for different oil?

As long as the oil rating is sufficint for the engine it should be ok . the dipstick should have it listed as cg , bg , cd , sd , hg etc. the oil bottle will have it listed , often multiple listings

conventional, semi synthetic, full synthetic, ones better than others but not miraculous oils either. if you change your oil every 3 months and check it at least once between changes you have nothing to worry about

Changing oil every 3 months or 3000 miles is a waste of resources.

Synthetic oil is the best kind of oil in automobiles. It has great quality and lasts for a year.
