A Alpha B Bravo C Charlie D Delta, E Echo F Foxtrot G Golf H Hotel ...Z Zebra are a military standard phonetic alphabet. Its'use as in saying the word BEG would be Bravo Echo Golf and is used to clarify an letter used inthat transmission inorder to insure accuracy and undestanding between the two correspondants.

Runways in the US use directional codes based on the azimuth compass. If a runway is runnning along a heading (compass pointing) of say 270 degrees that that run way would be called 27 Alpha or whatever the local name might be for that runway.(they drop the 0 for clarity) If there are 4 runways at an airport (not at all uncommom to have 2-5 different runway headings) then a secquentual lettering system is used such a A27

Also, if you are taking off from the opposite direction onA 27 (0) the name of that runway would be A 9 or 90 degree heading (90 is the reciprocol of 270 degrees) Depending on which runway direction you use (East or West) the same physical piece of runway could be either A27(0) or A9(0).

A taxiway is any path that leads to the runway. Normally in larger airports the taxiway's are designed into the over setup of the airport. Smaller airports the taxiway can be just a dirt path from the airplane parking area to a paved version.

De Deuce pretty much summed up the names of the taxiways.
