Worn out brakes and/or warped rotors! And it could be that the tie rod ends are worn out and need replaced. You should check all three just to be sure!

I had this problem as properly on my circumvent truck, it would merely be a warped rotor or in my case, my rear brake drums have been warped. It felt like it became coming from the front however the rear became inflicting it to leap. The bouncing became worse while i became braking from between 40 and 60mph

Well your probably hitting them fairly hard I'm guessing? This could be caused by warped brake rotors, under inflated tires, bad ball joints, and or the anti-lock could be not working properly. Any of these could be the problem. With it being only a 2006 you should have low enough mileage to be covered under the factory warranty. Take it in and get it checked before it could turn into a safety hazard!!!
