Buy a mk3 turbo supra and then install an aftermarket turbo. I think since the car comes turbo the pistons and internal parts are made to withstand the stress of the turbo. Or buy a Non turbo supra and then buy a turbo kit. I don't know if this is a good idea because I think the car isn't made to withstand a turbo. This may cause a big problem when it comes to alot of boost and psi. I don't know much about the engines and are the supra engine identical and the turbo one just has a turbo? The 7mge is the nonturbo and the 7mgte is the turbo charged engine. If there identical engine then can't I just buy a nonturbo and install a aftermarket turbo because even if i buy a turbo supra then I'm still going to change the turbo kit. Plus the non turbo model cost less as well.

I have a 93 jeep grand cherokee laredo with tranny problems. In order to drive it I have to put at least two quarts of trans fluid a day. I was wondering where possibly is it leaking from because it leaks the most in reverse, but it also leaks in any gear. (How much estimating do you think it will cost me?) (6.0cyc,4.0ltengine)

I have a 1991 SE-v6 Nissan truck with mauel trans. It ran great but the head gasket blew one day and I quickly stopped and had it towed home.
I assume head bolts can only be used once. I am being charged $600 for bolts only (from Nissan) not including labor.

Unfortuanately, I was in a position where I had little choice and every shop was trying to rip me off. Is this way to much? It's a relative doing the work out of his garage. How do I know that this was fair or is it clearly a rip off? If it is a rip off, is it worth small claims court?

You just can't trust anyone anymore.

i have a banshee that wont run, it doesnt have any spark sometimes and sometimes it will be fine. ive done ohm and continuity tests on every wire on the machine and they all check out. the stator shows normal resistance also. the only thing that i think is left that could be wrong is my CDI or my coil. but i dont know if either can be the problem considering that soemtimes it will spark and sometimes ill get nothing at all? if anyone has some insight into this please help.

ok so i got my 97 eagle talon from my dad and the a/c has recently stopped working in it. i have gotten one of those a/c check things from jiffy lube and when i put in on the tube is go's all the way to 100 PSi and below that it says mechanical problem. i have no idea what is wrong with it and i dont wana go to a mechanic and have them do work on it and it still not work. the air still blows in it but its not cold always hot and the heater works to its just the a/c thats out. so any help would be nice. thanks

hi

my daughter asked me to take a look @ her car stereo. i consider myself handy but i don't know the 1st thing about getting started on this one.

the issue is there's no display on the head unit. i googled and found a manual. the troubleshooting section says check the fuse if you've got no display. great! BUT!!! where is the fuse? i've got a meter to check continuity but don't know where/what fuse to check. the cd mechanism works because i can insert/eject a cd. there's also no radio or sound. it's dark!

the radio is a kenwood kdc-mp628.

i recently bought a four door 1968 ford fairlane 500 in awesome shape, its been sitting for a while but still runs great. now the only real problem im having with it is the turn signals arent working correctly. they blink ok when the head lights are off, but when i turn the head lights on they stop blinking. with the parking lights on, the passsenger side will blink but not the drivers side. i've replaced all of the bulbs, and the flasher switch. could it be the turn signal switch itself? also the emergency flashers do not work at all. thanks for any help guys and gals!
