Does anyone know of a Car Accident that happened yesterday in Flordia (maybe in Tampa area).

Boys were driving, and hit a tree.

One boy in particular I know of, wasn't wearing his seat belt, and hit the roof of the ceiling of the car. And is now in the hospital, possible brain dead.

I REALLY NEED SOMEONES' HELP.

I really want to know who responsible on proton's cars design. Why every time they launch new model on the market, they don't also show to us who are those people that successfully design that model.

My check engine light came on went to dealer had them check it out, they came out with a code check told me they replaced the vent valve, the day after went to fill my gas tank up I had a very hard time fueling ,the pump kept kicking off went to a other gas station to check if the same thing happen it did went back over to the dealer because the next day I was going on vacation told them the problem they said that I needed a new fuel gauge on the dash panel it was faulty I explain to them I had a hard time fueling they said that was because the tank was full ,well I took a chance taking vehicle on the trip had to much money to lose and could not get a rental for the next morning.took me about 7mins. to put about 4 to 5 gals of gas in,put over 1000miles on the trip, this put a damper on our vacation and now ready to fight.I;m not a mechanic but I told them it was a problem with the fuel tank.Well it looks like a problem with the gas tank DAH.Any answers??????

I heard if you get navigation "in dash" that it can only be updated by buying cd's to load. The dash mounted types, Garmin, TomTom, receive satellite signals and are constantly updated. I really hate anything on my dash or stuck on the winshield. Why aren't "in dash" kinds satellite driven too? I don't understand why the same antenna that runs your satellite radio couldn't run your nav too? Or maybe you can order one to be installed that is?
If not, how do you know how often to update, and are the cd's expensive?

i have a 1972 mercury 9.8 hp outboard. its is in mint condition becuase i only use it every few years. \i hadnt ran it since 3 years ago and i got gas, put in new plugs and it started right up. i left it in nuetral and let it warm up for a few minutes. it seemed fine. i started accelerating and eventually reached top speed. it went for a bout a minute then died and there was steam pouring out of the water hose (tthe one that gets rid of the water the engine alreay cooled) was hissing and pouring out steam. i let it cool for a few minutes then brought it back to my beach. when i was bringing it back it was getting power gaps- like it would go -vrromm and then it would slow down and then take off again while i had the throttle steady. any ideas what is wrong. thanks alot

The symbol is 3 diagonal slashes next to an M. The slashes are blue, then red, then pale blue.
I've usually seen it on the back of BMWs, but I'm pretty sure I've seen it on other cars too.

First correct answer gets the 10 points.

What do you think about bringing back the Oldsmobile brand? I say go for it, but the image would have to be redeveloped.

I have just written-off my Ford Focus diesel car (T- Reg) and hopefully going to recieve the insurance money very soon (which is around about the 2k mark). Retrospectively, this car has not been very good (ie had to buy a new engine, starter motor, brake pads, had wrong size spare tyre at the back) and paid 3k for it in 2005 and I do not wish to make the same mistake again.

It was frequent in cold weather. Upon start-up and putting in reverse the engine quits. It starts fine and ok in drive. Put into reverse again and it quits. Once warmed-up it's ok. Now summer time and it's acting like it does in the winter. In addition, I just took a trip and the engine quit 3 times when slowing to make a turn. The next day it ran fine????
