Go to your local library. If you're in a decent sized town, they should have them in the reference section. Motor is the best, because they're full color.
If you're really lucky, your library also has a color copier.....

Best bet is the local library on auto repair section . Pre 70's beetles are all the same in the wiring. Try Haynes publication or Bentley

For all twelve wires? 6 fuses? 5 switches? "how to fix your volkswagon for the complete idiot" Check it out of the libary or buy a copy on amazon. Really a great read and seriously the best first VW manual you should own.
