use fibre glass resin, any motor spares shop will sell it, if it is a bad leak ( when is there a good one?) i would put a patch of fibre glass on it using the resin to fix it to the box.
Make sure you clean and maybe lightly sand the affected area so you get a good key for the repair to take hold.

Make sure you know where the leak is coming from. I've never seen water come in from where I originally thought.This is very important.You can spend days on your roof patching here and there...and still have a leak.All these other answers are good,I just wanted to make sure you knew to check for the source of the leak...

try some fibre fill, thats fillers with fibre glass in it, you just add the hardner, get it from your local motor spares factor, much cheaper than b&q or the like

There are roof sealant caulk then cover with kool coat or what brand they have will lower the temp in the trailer 20+ deg in the sun. Homedepots finest Lowe's,all them have the product.

I should imagine the stuff they sell at B and Q to mend shower bases will be just as good as anything. I would go there and ask someone older than 14 who looks like they know what they are talking about, then get a man to fix it for me.
