A car ran into a car and hit the back of it, the car that was hit then ran into a car in front of him. Does the car in the middle that was pushed into the front car have to pay for the front car or does the car that hit the middle car have to pay for the front car. I have heard it both ways, because the driver was to close and did not have his car under control at all times. This did happen at a stop light.

Dealer claims not to "worry" about the new note payment; equates a car note with car "maintenance" as lots/stuff will start to go wrong with our car even tho' has only 36K miles and is in great condition. Isn't this just sales pitch? We don't believe there would be as much maintenance, repairs, etc. on our present car as to justify buying a new car, at least not till our car is much older.

I had a major loss in power. You can throttle almost half way then it just kind of boggs at the same speed no matter how much gas you give it. I think that the choke is stuck because it is running rich at the plugs and it happened after the choke was hit to many times. The motor is a 65HP 1971 Evinrude. Can anyone give me some advice on what to try to get it back? Thanks!

So I've accidentally overfilled my oil, the oil line is about a half of an inch past the top notch on the dipstick. I haven't driven the car yet because I know that the oil can get aerated. I don't want to cause any damage to my car by driving it, and I can't get the plug off of the sump to drain some oil out. I don't know what to do.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I might be able to do to get some oil out?

shop put larado parts on a limited and messed up my wash sprayer and then put a brand new bent grill guard on the jeep. imnot happy at all. my head lights dont match now.

I have an old boat trailer with new set of rollers (came with it)
I was wondering if they sell bunks that will slip over the rollers..as the rollers do not support the weight properly for a 16' plywood boat

...take me to court, legally where do I stand? The womans boyfriend, whom is not a professional mechanic had worked on the car and when they called me back about the car (over a month afterwards) and told me it was having problems, some that were non-existent when the purchased was made, and some I already knew about. They test drove it and everything and bought it. Am I wrong for what I did at a legal stand point?

I live in Ohio & just bought a boat. I mainly want it for fishing, but I got a good deal on a boat with a 115 HP motor & I figured it would be fun for other things too. Some of Ohio's best fishing lakes have 10 HP limits. Does that mean I have to completely remove my motor to use these lakes or can I just leave it off or say it's broken & just use my trolling motor?

I have changed oil and filters used heavier weight oil changed oil pump had bearing checked and was told they were worn engine sounds great when cold but knocks when warm and oil pressure drops. I get oil pressure when driving if I leave the truck in gear being it's a manual and let off the gas but when gas pedal is pressed oil pressure drops again, also when shifting I have oil pressure untell i press in the clutch and nothing and then it builds again untell I have to shift again, all this when engine is warm. When cold sounds and runs beautifully, reads normal oil pressure can I fix it with a rebuilt and any idea what that might cost? Buying a rebuilt engine or getting the engine i have now rebuilt?

i have a oil leak on my exploxer could it be between the rear oil seal where i have to drop the tran , i just want to know if these trucks are know to do this i know everyone that has a ford explorer the od light flashes over drive light blinks and the 2 gear band goes or could it be just the oil pan seal

I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix and the speedometer stop working, i replaced the cluster and checked all the fuses and it still doesnt work. Everything else works but that. why is one so much cheaper than the other? is there really a differance in the quality of steel? first shop is just one shop and was at first charging 200.00 then dropped it to 160. second shop is a chain. anyone who worked in muffler shops and know why? is it the quality of the steel. im not talking stainless. only steel.

i bought a hypertech power programmer plus for gm vehicles from this guy a while back and it was never reset to stock and i have not seen this guy since... i know you can get hypertech to reset them for like 200 dollars but i would rather not have to pay for it again... ?? if there is any way to do this please let me know

i am looking to buy a truck and i found this sweet lifted truck with 38 inch tires and i saw it has engine modifications its a 5.2l v-8, with electric fuel injection, holley throttle body spacer, k&n air filter, headers, dual flowmaster mufflers with turndown pipes, superchips programmer, and msg ignition and wires

i really dont know much about any of that but really like this truck and am wondering how much of an effect any or all of that stuff will have on the gas mileage

if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated

I was out driving tonite and the air conditioner just stopped blowing cold. My car is still under warranty but the only problem is their service hours are monday through friday and hours that I am already at work. It happened to soon to make other arrangements. I will drop the car off to Jeep on Monday but in the meantime can i buy a recharge kit and add more freon or r134? (i think thats the numbers) I have someone that will do it for me, he is a mechanic who is a neighbor of mine, but he just told me to get the stuff. I am assuming and as is he that there is a leak since the car is not even a year old yet. Is this something that will work in the meantime?
