If you are unhappy with the work, then you need to take it back and tell the dealer service rep. If you don't receive any satisfaction then ask to see the regional service manager. If that doesn't work or they give you a hassle, then it's time to get out the owners manual and look in the back for a 1-800 service number. That will go all the way to Dearborn and Ford won't like it, that the dealer isn't living up to Ford's standards. They will get to the bottom of the problem, and the dealer will be in a little trouble with Ford. good luck.
