The driver side front and back floorboard of my car (2001 Mitsubishi Galant) is soaking wet. I have some sort of leak obviously and it seems to get really bad when the AC is running. I have not got the money to have someone check this out, so I need some ideas on what the problem could be and how can it be fixed..??

Ok, I was not very bright by hauling a transmition in the trunk of my Lincoln. A couple of quarts spilled on the carpet. How can I remove it from the carpet. Thank you for your time and answers.

If hard core Harley riders live a simple life, i.e. they live to ride and ride to live.....why do they chose the most expensive motor cycle? It would seem if you truly only lived to ride it would be much simpler to live your life on a Honda or something equally reliable, but much less expensive. Think of the oil changes that cost $89, every part costs $100 etc.

I have a feeling the answer will be "If you have to ask, you wouldn't understand". So other than that answer, why else? Don't get me wrong, I love Harley's, I just don't like the fact the company knows they are a cult phenomenon and take advantage of thier biggest supporters, thier riders.

How many of you use the Hands Free Cell Phone while driving ?

Those of you who drive not using the Hands Free Cell Phone, do you find it takes away from your concentration from driving and avoiding an accident ?

All the blowers are working, just no cold air blowing. I was told that this could be the freon, but the freon in your a/c should never run out, and that there could be a freon leak, and that if you take it to a mechanic that they could just "re charge" or "re fill" the freon that by law they would have to find the leak and fix it. (meaning lots of $$$$). If this is true then why are the Freon Kits sold any where? What could be the A/c problem I have, and would the kit alone solve my problem and if so for how long?

feels like my car is not getting enough gas after I stop and then go I step on the gas pedal and the car stutters it won't go like it's not getting enough gas, after a few seconds then I have gas and the car is fine until I have to stop again. Runs fine when warmed up but not when I haven't driven it for a while

The title came, I put it in the safe. The dealership called and wanted it. The bank mailed a letter stating to put it in the envelope provided. The dealership calls back stating that if I don't bring the title, the car can be taken. I think I should give it to the bank because the dealership is dirty anyway.

My 1999 Honda Accord ex v6 coupe's door ajar light keeps blinking. It does it randomly and as a result the dome light keeps blinking cauing me to turn it off...it'l go away for a while and then come back...as a result I can't set my Alarm, cuz it will go off randomly...The doors are shut completely, and it even does it when i have the doors open sometimes....Is this a problem with the switch or the Computer itself...and what do i need to do to diagnose/fix it...also this mostly happens when it rains...but it has happened when it's dry too...If i leave it alone for a couple of hours it goes away, but when I take it out for a drive, there it goes again..thank you....

Everything in the old and new ballasts lines up except the diagram for the new one shows the 2 blue wires above the 2 red ones. On the old one, the red ones are above the blue ones. Is that okay?

i just changed the spark plugs and checked them and they are all good the spark plug wires are good to. When it finally turns over i cant even give it gas to keep it going, there is no throttle response. Also before it started giving me trouble my RPM gauge went out.

It feels like theres no fuel getting somewhere to keep it running.

So I pulled up my pretty steep driveway, kept it running in neutral and apparently pulled the ebrake only half way up. I was almost inside when I saw it rolling quite rapidly down the hill of my driveway, crash down a 5-foot drop into my neighbors driveway and become caught up on a pile of dirt about 1 foot away from their Saab. Holy ****. Got some friends to help me yank it off the pile of dirt and got it back into my driveway before my father got home. Luckily. It is a 1993 Infiniti G20t, standard, and it is his baby. I cracked the transmission and couldn't bring myself to tell him what had actually happened so I said I had gone over a bad dirt road. He has 6 of these cars and knows everything about them. He is going to see if he can just patch the case up- is this possible? Also, should I have just sucked it up and told him? I never get into accidents and I feel like he would never trust me again... automotive and moral help is greatly appreciated!!!
