Yes I would imagine no matter where you lived you need to have all the safety features on a bike. I don't imagine mirrors cost that much so if you can afford a bike, insurance and gas then get youself some mirrors so you can see behind you!

In Texas you do ,But some states do not require Mirrors are they may require at least one .

Yes if you get caught. Although most bikes look cool without mirrors.

A traffic ticket, just as if a tail light was out on your car.
Also the bike won't pass your state's inspection.
