My 1999 Honda Accord ex v6 coupe's door ajar light keeps blinking. It does it randomly and as a result the dome light keeps blinking cauing me to turn it off...it'l go away for a while and then come back...as a result I can't set my Alarm, cuz it will go off randomly...The doors are shut completely, and it even does it when i have the doors open sometimes....Is this a problem with the switch or the Computer itself...and what do i need to do to diagnose/fix it...also this mostly happens when it rains...but it has happened when it's dry too...If i leave it alone for a couple of hours it goes away, but when I take it out for a drive, there it goes again..thank you....

Or trunk switch?

You can be pretty sure that one of the switches, normally built in to the body, are not being closed far enough by the door pressing on it when it's closed.I see this happen when a car has been damaged and repaired with a very slight door misalignment. It can happen at random too.
Open a door and look for the switch somewhere in the door jamb.Press it in and observe how well it operates.Determine if it can be moved outward somewhat to give it better contact,If that's not possible.then a small plastic shim can be glued on the point of the door that is contacting the switch when closed.

You need to figure out which door it is, if only one.
Inspect each door's switch & wire at the hinges.
You probably have frayed wires or corroded switch.
