Firstly the diapram in the fuel tap is perished causing the fuel to leak past when the engine is off. Next you might have a punctured float or sticking needle valve hence the leaking though the one carb. The fuel tap diaprharm and seals are a simple cheap fix that helps a lot and if you have K&N filters get a dino jet kit for it and overall all of the carbs and fit the kit this will make a great improvment on your power and power delevery.

the needle and seat is leaking try the old fix hit it with a hammer handle on the float chamber under side of that carb and see if the leak stopps. Dirt gets stuck under the needle seat and fuel is not stopped and over flows into your new air filters.

Likley to be a worn float valve needle seat. If it's rubber it can wear.. The fact you have K & N's fitted has bugger all to do with it either, they only let the air in.

Sounds like you have a problem with the float on that carb (it may be holed).

The needle valve is probably stuck open. Wack it!
