I have a 1966 mustang that needs restoration and i Wanted to know what engine would be good for it. It came with a 289 Or would it beteer to just have the old one cleand and rebuilt

I want to adjust the servo cables for the intake and exhaust valves so that they open/close at the optimal RPM to make the most power in the high-revs? I want this to be approximately 7000-12,000 rpms. I do not have a power-prgrmmr or such, but do have a K&N filter, FMF silencer,hi-per cltch and 1 tooth smaller front sprocket.

Are there any certified-Honda Tech's out there to answer this???

Yesturday a woman crashed into my car that I hadn't have the time to get insuarance to and because I didn't have insurance she tried to blame it on me when it was really her fault. All of the witnesses around clearly saw when she hit the side of my car, and they gave me their information because they are willing to testify. The woman didn't want to call the police because supposedly she tried to help me, and I didn't call neither because I had never been involved in a car accident and because I don't know whether I have rights to fight my case. The only information I got from the woman was her licence plate number. I didn't have insurance at the time of the accident, but I have several witnesses; what are my chances of going to court and winning the case?

I know that my vehicle is in dire need of a tune up (new fuel filter and spark plugs) and I hope I don't sound too dumb when asking this question. But, does gasoline thin out a bit if your vehicle is warmer (has been running for a while)? I can feel my vehicle chugging a bit at around 70-80 kms/hr. however, my hubby hasn't seemed to experience this. Why is this?

I have a 1992 Nissan Sentra which is a very faithful automobile. Today Something went awry. I was driving along a country highway and my car kept slowing down and I had to keep giving it more gas to keep up the speed. It felt like when my vacuum cleaner is roaring way but isnt picking up a darn thing. Know what I mean? What is the problem?

I got a nissan micra L reg. today whe I was driving the car slowed down and kangarooing , could not gain speed. the car did not stall had to drive in the 1st and 2nd gear.

Last month we leased a BMW 530i for my wife at $600 per month for 36 months with $1500 down. The car is $51000 MSRP. Currently I am looking to lease a Nissan 350Z the base model whos MSRP is $28,500. Every nissan dealer i called i got a quote which was between $575 to $600 per montrh lease with $1500 down and 36 months. Now I am confused, my wife's caar is almost twice the price and i am leasing for $600, how can a $29000 car be the same price. guys i need honest answers and i need to know how much will be a decent price to pay for a base model 2007 nissan 350z on a $1500 down and 36 month lease. please let me know. thanks.

okay, maybe my last ? wasn't specific enough. what i need to know is how do you wax a car. ster-by-step instructions. what do you do from start to finish. wash it? dry it? leave it wet? what? i am really clueless, this is my 1st car. i keep hearing things like dry it, then buff it, then polish it, and i don't really know the difference between any of these. and what exactly is "clay" ? i've heard that it works wonders on older cars. my car is a 93 thunderbird, so the paint, in some spots is wore down, but overall it is in good shape. the products i have are: turtle wax high gloss delux edition paste wax, armor all "wax-it-dry" dry gel, and a "random orbit" buffer/polisher thing i bought at sears. what should i use, how do i use it, and what is clay. remember, 1st car and i need step by step instructions please.

I was given a ticket for "failure to yield" - two demerit points.
I heard you could clear this, to further prevent my insurance going up like crazy.

Can anyone give me advice on what to do? or what i should do? Can anyone explain this "clearing demerit points" off my records, in detail?

My transmission fluid has small metal particles in it.Also the magnets that are in the cover of the transmission filter are also full of this almost dark plated silver color stuck on them,My mechanic tells me that my car is already done for that even if i decide to change to transmission fluid it would not help the car .

I have a Sony amp pushing my subs, I just recently added a pair of 6x9 and 4x7 to my setup and it sounds great when I turn the key to ACC, but when I start the truck the speakers I just put in put out a humming/whinning sound. I ran seperate Battery and ground lines and I bridged the remote power together. I just cant figure it out.

Vauxhall Corsa Battery Drain?
Has anyone experienced a battery drain on a 95-2001 ish Vauxhall Corsa. I replaced the battery on mine but i think theres something draining the current as it discharges when left over night.. Any suggestions?? Thanks

im wondering what happens when you go through the ezpass lane when you dont actually have ezpass? when they send you the ticket, does my insurance company or the DMV find out, or is this a disposable sort of thing where you pay the ticket and noone knows about it later. does it go on your driving or insurance record?

also when you have no cash for the toll booth, they bill you the toll....same questions as above for this.

someone went into back of my car , damage is very not even noticable , say its not worth fixing and they have offered me money which i have excepted. solictor has now told me to get rid of the car , sell it , do whatever with it, his words. is it ok to sell this car on? does this mean i can keep it?
