oil in the coolant is bad. you should also check for foamy oil in the crankcase oil pan, check the dipstick for yellow foamy oil...this foam indicates water/coolant in the oil....the oil in the coolant isn't the worst of your problems!
DO NOT drive or start this vehicle or permanent damage to the babbot main and insert bearings in the crank case will result. This will mean a complete engine failure! More than likely you have a cracked head or blown head gasket. When you change the offending part have both the oil and coolant drained and replaced. most "good" mechanics will do this. Good luck on getting the problem fixed.

sounds like a blown head gasket, unless you are talking about your overflow tank, that could be transmissin fluid, I can't tell you why that happens but it does, you need to have a mechanic check this out for you, it could be a bad radiator.
