I have a 1996 Mitsubishi lancer 1.5 dohc and want to do an oil change but am not sure what oil to use, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Mobil One is the best oil you can use. Cheapest place to get it is at wal-mart. 23 bucks for 5 quart bottle. (alot cheaper than trying to buy seperate quarts.) 10w30 is good

It's not a good idea to guess about things like oil check with yopur local dealer believe me oil is not just oil check the spec.

This time of the year a good quality 10W30 will be fine, assuming you do not live in an area with climate extremes.

how many miles are on it? if it has high mileage use a high mileage oil..
but i think the normal is usually 10-w-30.. and id go with Mobile1.

go to halfords and look in there little books which tell you what oil is reccomended for the age and milage of your car

your safest bet would be 10-30 vescosity

i use high mileage oil in my car.i use 10w30 pennzoil.
