I know that my vehicle is in dire need of a tune up (new fuel filter and spark plugs) and I hope I don't sound too dumb when asking this question. But, does gasoline thin out a bit if your vehicle is warmer (has been running for a while)? I can feel my vehicle chugging a bit at around 70-80 kms/hr. however, my hubby hasn't seemed to experience this. Why is this?

...if the gas filter is in need of replacing... yes... the faster you go the more gas needs to run thru the filter... if the filter is clog'd.... the answer is self serving... get it tuned up... get the "wire-set" changed too.
