I was given a ticket for "failure to yield" - two demerit points.
I heard you could clear this, to further prevent my insurance going up like crazy.

Can anyone give me advice on what to do? or what i should do? Can anyone explain this "clearing demerit points" off my records, in detail?

P.s i live in st.catharines, thanks any help woudl be greatly appreciated~

the important thing is, i got intoa car accident,, and my car was damaged, moreso than the car i hit.

and i got a ticket for " failure to yield" and a charge for 110 dollars. I was told to appeal, but not sure if it's possible to erase the two demerit points out of the record.

I'm really afraid that my insurance rates are gonna go up A LOT.

Check with your local government. Some governments will "hide" one traffic offense from your insurance company if you take "driving school" of some kind. Others don't. It varies.

It always amazes me that teenagers get into accidents. They have a spatial awareness and dexterity that puts adults to shame - just look at video games. You'd think young people would be better at avoiding accidents than anyone else on earth. I wonder what occurs that causes that to not be the case.

Not much you can undo an accident and insurance problem. The best you can do is drive a little more careful and good for a for 5 years or so and wait and see what happens to your insurance rate. Good luck driving.

Go to court and ask the judge for supervision, if this is your first ticket you will be given supervision and asked to take a class online for 4 hours and this will not go on your record and your insurance rates will stay the same. Good luck.

take a defensive driving course that takes points off your record. Also, when u bring the certificate to your insurance company it also gives u a little of a discount on your insurance

Many of the causes of erectile dysfunction are actually psychological. Understand that this is not the same as saying that it’s all in your head, because it’s not. Learn here https://tr.im/4WoPC

Psychological issues can easily lead to a variety of very real physical ailments. If that surprises you, it shouldn’t. Stress can lead to heart disease, so why can’t other psychological issues lead to ED? It’s a pretty common, fairly well understood phenomenon.

Stress is, in fact, one of the leading causes of ED, which makes it a particularly nasty condition (because it also can lead to heart troubles, so it hits you twice). Long before stress kills you though, it will impact your sex life in a major, and entirely negative way.

I don't think 2 points will raise your rates. At least not where I live.
