I'm graduating from school next month, and I plan on buying an '07 Civic EX Coupe w/Navi. I've tried doing some research into financing, and have found where Honda offers a Graduate Financing program. Does anyone know any specifics on this program?

I plan on putting $9,000 down (roughly 40% of the sticker price), and have started a full-time Credit Analyst position at a nationally chartered bank in Texas. I've checked into financing through the bank where I work, and the rate was a little steep for my liking (lack of established credit history).

I am required to have at least an 18 BC rating. From what I see in stores, any extinguisher that is 10 pounds or more has a 40 or 60 BC rating. Also there is no additional information on my extinguisher besides the weight.

It seems every time I put on my wipers, they make noise. Even after changing the wiper blades. Is it what I am using to clean my windshield?
When it rains real hard or consistantly I dont get the noise, just when it is drizzling or when I get road wash from other cars, little bits of rain or water.
I've noticed with new cars they never make noise, even when the windshield is completely dry. How do I get that?

I had an oil change and repair work done to my car because it didn't run right. I took it to a repair shop, they supposedly fixed it, but it still running the same and worse. I took it back, and even though I'm waiting on the verdict, I know they're going to pull the old "now we found the problem" routine and try to charge me again "to fix it" I don't think this is right since it should've beeen done the first time. How can I avoid this? Is there something I can say to make them fix it right without charging me?

I like all three and they are pretty much in the same price range. I just don't know much on which one is technically more sound. In other words more comfort, less maintenance, less defects, and the one that gets you more mileage.

I got one of those "producer tickets" (uk) to take my documents to the police station, I'm going down now but the only problem is it was my mates car and im not insured. Im taking the mot certificate and my liscence and my own car insurance but this isnt valid for the car in question.

Will i be arrested or just get a summons later?

Company I work for has 14 seater ford minibus, instead of taking it 40 miles to be motd,a mechanic has took two seats out because the boss reckons it can then be motd at garage 500 yards away
as a private vehicle, my insurance firm told me last year that I could no longer insure my caddy as a private vehicle, had to be commercial, making it a hundred pounds less than my quattro turbo, worth at least 30 times more than the caddy, can this be right?need to know as my gal sometimes drives minibus, no guesses please, I need to know the facts of law on the matter, thanx guys; Masta.

I have a choice of 2 free cars but I don't know which one is better.
The first car is a 1993 Buick Centry that has 70,000 miles on it.
The second is a minivan - a 1998 Ford Windstar but it has 20,000 miles on it.

Which vehicle do you think is better? Is it better to have the older car with less miles or the newer car with 50,000 more miles on it?

When I took it to garage, the mechanic ruled out problem with the coils. Also the accelerator pedal sticks at first when the engine is cold.
