In 1995 the EEC IV connector is on the right side of the engine compartment for part of the year.
The other part of the year, it is a DLC connector under the right side of the Dash.

Depends upon the motor, the 3.8 v-6 is under the hood and is two parts usually on the right (passenger) area near the strut tower.
4.6 connector is under the dashboard under the glove box
The 3.8 is EEC IV (pre OBD II) and the 4.6 was EEC V (OBD II)
