My ex-husband and I purchased a car seven months before we separated. Unfortunately, I agreed to take my car and he agreed to take the house in the divorce. He didn't pay the mortgage and luckily, it's being bought to save it from foreclosure. My predicament is, I have an extremely high car note and to top it all off, we rolled $4K of the rest of HIS note in our new purchase because we got a better interest rate (low and behold I've found out that was not a very smart thing to do).

So obviously, I'm quite upside down and having a hard time living with having to make this very high note each month. What can I do to get out of it without continually destroying my credit? I purchased the car almost two years ago and have four more to go. I must be 7-10K upside down.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought a 2005 Ford Explorer and wanted to know if I could upgrade the factory 1 disc am/fm radio with the factory 6 disc am/fm indash cd changer or any other factory radio that Ford makes for my model. I called Ford and they said that I could not. No explanation just no. Does anyone know differently? I heard that it is just a matter of getting an adapter for the antanana. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am going to get another sportbike soon and i want to get a v-twin. I was looking at the suzuke tl1000 but i heard about some issues that they have. I just bought a 1975 Honda 360. The bike is complete and the guy gave me a second frame, front fork, rear wheel. There is a title but it is for the frame that is not built up. So, as not to have to tear the bike completly down and build up the titled bike what is the process to obtain a title on a bike like this? And how would that work on a 100% custom build job as well? I had a car accident a few days ago and the lady hit the front passenger tire and it went flat. The car (97 Nissan Pathfinder) was drivable so we put the full size spare on and while driving home it was making a whistling type noise and it was also pulling to the right. What could this noise possibly be and why is it pulling? Any help is welcome. I kinda wanna know what to tell a mechanic. Thanks in advance!!

the coolant temp. keeps getting up past halfway, almost all the way to the red if i dont crank up the heat.

i just refilled the coolant - but didnt flush it out or mix it with water... dont know if that could cause problems.
