there is a kill switch in the trunk tha is behinde the drivers side of the trunk the swtch is shorting out do to the bumps. to remove and fix buy a chiltons or hayens manual from your local parts store an get to fixing . dont forget with that manual you can find fix and repair any thing on your car . :-)

Yep, it's electrical, it's a loose connection, and it's probably a ground, OR it could be a broken bracket that a ground is attached to. Roll around underneath the engine and wiggle wires. (on gas) pull the dog house cover and check your brackets and grounds. If you're carefull(for obvious reasons) you might try doing the above with the engine running(usually, the best way to duplicate a problem is to try to duplicate the cause).. If you take it to a dealer for repair, I would recommend a dealer for the frame(don't know who the frame is made by); because the chassis(including engine) is sold to Fleetwood to put the body on. If it's any consilation, that's one of the hardest problems to find. good luck

try tapping on the ecm with your fingers. there could be a loose solder joint on the ecm board.if the car stops running while doing this you need a ecm or computor.
