Why when I'm in the fast lane, leaving a safe distance between myself and the car in front, do idiots still drive up behind me flashing their lights wanting me to let them past. Because I wasn't driving any slower than the flow of traffic in the fast lane, all the idiot behind me gains is about 30 metres, and the chance to pester the driver who was in front of me (and I then get the chance to pester him/her from behind!).

Anyone else have this experience?

By that, I mean they are unclear, too small or put too close to the junction for you to see them in time. That every street sign should be luminescent including names of main AND side roads. And that side roads are marked clearly to main road users and not stuck half way down the side road high up on a wall somewhere, where you have absolutely know chance of seeing it, especially because someone behind you is trying to insert their car up your rectum.

That long main roads have their names clearly marked more than just once every four lightyears.

Bushes and trees obscuring signs be cut back regularly and cleaned say - eh - regularly and not once every decade !!!

In rural areas every street sign should also have:-

E for England
W for Wales
S for Scotland

on them so you know which bloody direction you're travelling in.

Yes I know there is sat-nav now, but this is a recent development and shouldn't basic street documentation be upgraded as I've said just for clarity and safety.

I always hear this hype about how awesome mustangs are but today I watched a new GT get dusted by a Chrysler 300c by ALOT.
I know the guy in the 300 from work and he only has a K&N. Not sure what the GT had if anything. I'm not bashing Ford as I drive an 02' lightning, but know even the last gen camaros and T/As are STILL faster than the new GTs. So why the hype if they aren't that fast?

What is the average cost for a new and used railroad locomotive cost?

2006-08-10 21:02:45 · 1 answers · asked by tower boy 1 in Rail

i wanted to buy a car its price was $25,000 plus 8.25% tax. thats $2062.50 more. but there was a rebate of $3000 so i would only pay $22,000 for the car, but the dealership said i had to pay taxes on the whole $25,000. that means that i had to pay an extra $247.50 in taxes on money i was going to get back!!!

so i told the guy, "if you are going to give me $3000 back, why do i have to pay taxes on it. why not just sell it to me for $22,000 and only pay taxes on that?"

well, he would not take my offer. so is this a scam? a way to make more money that they will not send to the IRS???

or is the IRS in on it to collect more money from us???

1. Can such Airborne Fish Finder can direct fishing boats on the ground to a specific location?
2. Do different types of fishes actually have some kind of spectral emission or radiation that can be detected using such aerial payload?
3. Can such aerial payload build up an electronic data base on fishes in a particular geography, and then try to compare known signatures everytime it detects a signature?
4. Would such signature be known as a species specific frequency, signature, emission or anything else, I mean technically?
5. If such a payload does exist, can it be effective airborne alone, or does it have to "shakehand" with a water based SONAR to get better accuracy?
6. Can such a payload give information regarding the species, speed of travelling, direction, depth, approximate school size?
