Help, I have been taken for a huge amount of money for a porsche for sale in the south of france, I am dealing with the police and would like to know if anyone out there is in the same position...also anyone who has spoken to Chris Fisher ..the seller..I need as much info as I can find...please respond and I will send you my tele number

Please contact me ...i too have been taken by alpes shipping for a different car. I have the guys phone number, we exchanged contracts and the police are involved.....lets get together....i am sure there are many more involved.

Well, his real name isn't Chris Fisher. And he's not in the south of France. There's no way to determine what his (or her) real name is.
If you sent the money via Western Union they might be able to tell you where the funds were claimed. However, it's highly unlikely that the authorities there will ever be able to trace the recipient.
You've learned an expensive lesson the hard way. Chock it up to experience. There's virtually no chance of recovering your money or tracking down the scammer unless he was the dumbest of the dumb.
Unless you are prepared to travel to the car and inspect it personally you should NEVER buy a car on the net. And you should only pay the seller in cash, in person, after verifying that the car is legal and the alleged owner is the true legal owner of the vehicle.

I'll bet this Porsche was really nice, had low miles and a Super price. They're all over the net. Remember what your dad told you, If it seems to good to be true...

Never ever buy a car that you can't test drive first..... learned a hard and expensive lesson.
