on a 3 or 4 lane city street is the left lane called the fast lane? or does it only count for the highway?

od light blinking on and off. runs fine just doesnt shift when it is supose to. ive tried a soft pedal and a heavy pedal. no difference. it wont shift out of first unless i let off the gas.

i was reading others answer it reminded me of when we had a fuel pump go out we were 20 miles from town we filled the windshield washer resivor with gas and put the hose down the vent on the carb when the car started to sputter we hit the wash button and filled the carb up we went 35 miles like this without a fire and no lid on the wash resivor

My 2000 Subaru Outback started squealing on my drive home today. It seems to be from one of the wheels, because it stops when I apply the brakes even a little bit. It's very loud.

After getting home, I noticed one of my tires is low. Could that have anything to do with it? Other ideas?

Car gurus, please advise.

If a electric car takes 5 amps to run, and a electric generator can produce 5 amps of power with just a 10Mph wind, Why can't we just hook two generators together to make a car run? Sure you would need to get it going somehow, but wouldent a small generator be more efficent then 10 batteries? Perhaps the wheels could have a generator on them too, maybe a small engine to get things moving? Or would it be gaudy, for someone to be caught dead in a car with a bunch of windmills on them?

my mom won't let me have a driver's permit !! plz help me?
my mom says that if i really want to drive i should first get a job and make enuff money so thn i can learn to drive and can easily afford a car..

she doesn't want me to be barrowing her jeep because she thinks i'll take away the car from her!!....this is making me soo angry and i stay in the house 24/7 get gud grades and i won't be doing wot she thinks..

can any1 plz give me good advice about this... all my friends are driving and close to owning their own vehicles!! this is soooooooo not fair =[
