Can anyone help with a cheaper solution to replacing a lost blue key for fiat brava 1.2. There never was a red key, so this is not an option. Dealers are quoting silly money. Is it cheaper to replace the ECU plus new locks, The car is only worth £2000 so costs must be kept down. Would appreciate any useful comments to help out. Long walk to work!! Thanks

My daughter's 1990 Honda Accord has a major problem. Last week, she wanted to go to the mall with her freinds. She grabbed the key off the hook and came in a minute later saying her car wouldn't start up. I went to check. I put the key in the Ignition, turned the key, and it wasn't usual hm-hm-hm-hm sound a stalled car would make. It was more like a s-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h sound. What should I do? It's been doing this for a week!

Ok, first does anyone know which states do not require car insurance? Second question is do you have to have full coverage on a financed car? No silliness here real answers.

We never use the 4WD feature on our 2000 Suburban, yet recently this message started to display on the message center, "Service 4WD". Does this really mean it's broken? Or is it programmed to come on every 90,000 miles by default? Is there anything I can do to make this go away if it's not really broken?
