The factory sizes are 5x7 or 6x8 (They are interchangeable in the factory locations, although they did come stock with the 5x7s on the regular cab and 6x8s on the others)
The sizes that will fit in the stock locations without cutting are
5 1/4, 5X7, and 6X8. I've always noticed a crisper sound with 5 1/4s, so maybe those in the front and 6x8 in the back if you are looking to upgrade?

The Ford F-150 2 door pick ups took 5"x7" in the front doors and side panels. All other model F-150's took 6"x8" in the same locations.
