I'm not sure if you need a special license to drive it, but a kid I knew, drove one to high school once, so probably just the normal age.

Unless everything has changed in the last couple of years, you can drive a tractor from the age of 12 as long as it is in a field and not on a road. You used to be able totake a tractor out on the road at the age of 16 but have to pass a test by the age of 18 - and that is not just a normal driving test, it has to be done by a ministry of agriculture inspector..... At least, that was how it was a couple of years ago.

Any age if you are on your parents parents, but you need to be at least 17 and hold a full driving licence to go on the road.

I don't think there is a limit as long as it isn't driven on a public highway, lots of farmers kids do drive it, they may not be insured for it, but they do.
