Wrong fuse size or there is an excessive current draw in circuit. Has anything been added to the circuit like extra lights or accessory equipment? If fuse is correct and there are no changes to the designed circuit, then there is something wrong with the wiring.

I would try an auto reset circuit breaker. After installing this trace all related wiring and look for bare wire touching ground. The circuit breaker will reset and make the short easier to find. Feel all related switches and wires for excessive heat. A wiring diagram will help you search for related components.

check the whole circuit from beginning to end. like the other person said, it could too small a fuse, but it could also be hot wires grounding out...that's why you should try and check the whole circuit.

there is a short, or something is in contact with bare-wire, check the circtuit for nicks, weathering, or even moisture.
