I have now a reposession on my credit due to me being injured at work and disability not paying enough to make the monthly payments. This does'nt seem right there should be something I can do. I have asked and begged the loan company but they don't seem to care. Does anybody have any answers.

Hello. I thought I set up auto-pay on my car payment plan, but apparently I didn't save it correctly. My car payment is due Feb 25. It's the weekend now, so the online payment says it will be one day late (Feb 26 earliest processing).

I have just about perfect credit. Will this cause a problem?

Will the company even report this? Can they, if its just one day late?

When I am transferred to the Trans Union web site from annualcredit report.com, all I can see are offers for credit reporting products and the option to order them. There are no pointers to the free yearly credit report. How do I get the free report from this web site?

They will not tell me the name of the company that was hacked into.So I suspended all my accounts everywhere to be safe. They also told me to check their site to see if any purchases were attempted.Which is fine but their server has been down for 2 days.Which leads me to believe Capital One itself was hacked in to.Any Capital One users have same problem.

I have too many simultaneous payday loans out right now, and I don't know if my credit is good enough to get another loan to pay them off. Does anyone know of a debt consolidation/loan program that could help me get out of this debt?

My FICO score is 0 right now. Who would offer me a credit card in order for me to start working on improving my credit score? Debit cards from the bank that function like Credit cards do not improve the FICO score.

I owe a creditor . They are collecting for a Bally's membership. The whole thing is a mess. I have 2 memberships now. This collector summonsed me, settled out of court to pay. Can they place another judgement?? I haven't been able to pay much of it in the past year and a half. The people are very nasty when you call to talk to them.

If a judgement is placed against you for a debt, what does it mean?? Do they issue a warrant if it isn;t paid??

You know those credit card offers that come in the mail? Some of them say pre-selected and some say pre-approved... is there REALLY a difference?

Does a person who responds to these offers REALLY have a better chance of getting approved as opposed to someone who just finds a card and applies over the internet?

The credit was aquired and used under wife's name only during a separation of the couple and discharged approx 8 years ago in court. Husband did not file bankruptcy nor did he have any link to the credit card. The collection agency has now served the husbands employer papers to garnish 25% of his check. Is this legal? Is there any recourse for the husband?
