What do you thi nk if I don 't give a two week notice to my current job??

I have worked here for a little over a year now and have never felt appreciated...I work with all guys so i guess what do I expect but they are rude and tell me I'm gonna get things and then I don't or they are gonna take me to lunch and they never do.....I know that some of it is petty but they really annoy me and I feel if I don't give a two week notice it will be my revenge....or should I suck it up and be a grown up and give a two week notice??

If someone told you a project you are working on is due 11/15, does that mean you have to finish it by 11/14? Or on the morning, afternoon of 11/15?

Thanks

I am looking for a partime job (very partime only about 16 hours a week), I can only work 6pm-10pm about 4 nights a week. I would really love to work somewhere that gives a sweet store discount. I would prefer Not to work in Food, (unless it is natural/organic), and Not to work anywhere that I have to dress up nice, (makeup counter, or fancy dept). Im a work at home mom, and my wardrobe reflects that, so I dont want to defeat the purpose of the job by spending it all on my clothes.

I have been off of work with brain cancer. My employment has not been terminated and I have not quit. It is a long commute(over an hour on way) and I don't think I can do it any longer. I am working on my resume and wonder can I still list them as my current employer.

Hello,
My sister started to work in the UK 2 weeks ago and her employer has not asked her to sign an employment contract form.
She finds it a bit strange, and her boss tells he will send a letter to her later (the contract?) but it's not urgent and not mandatory.
In France (where I come from), it is mandatory that the employee and the employer sign a employment contract form.
Isn't it the case in the UK ?? Do you think the situation is normal ? Any advice ?
Thanks

"Young 18-27 years old, good looking ,modern and openminded Au Pair girl for an openminded bi.mother."

I mean, I am young and open minded (aka I have no problem if the mother is gay or bi), but I have the feeling that the add implies that the person who gets the job should be more than Au Pair.

What do you think?

Last job was running out of work for me. They assured me that I would be OK but people in the same situation haven been let go in the past 6 mons. So I found a stable job with a competitor. I need to turn my resignation in in the moring but feeling bad. they were a good group but based on what happened to other I knew they would need to let me go if work wasn't found soon. Should I feel bad?

I have a question that I really need help with. I'm 15 years old and this summer(maybe even starting this spring) I NEED to get a job. I need to work for $2300 over the summer to pay for my hockey season next fall/winter. I want to know, does dairy queen hire at age 15 in the state of PA? and, if anyone has ever worked there is it a hard/lousy job? and how much do they pay an hour?

I just got a job today at Circuit City in the customer service department...and I'm a little frightened at the angry customers she told me they get from time to time, especially around the holidays. To be honest, I really don't like people yelling at me...I don't get angry back...I just feel like my feelings are hurt. Course here it probably won't be my fault, just that they are directing their anger at me and hopefully I won't take it personally. I know it's important to stay calm, to smile, and be polite...but any advice? Techniques? heh.

I want to get a job for a supermarket or for a Petsmart store, but I have no experience in working in retail/sale. I've applied for a job for stores before, and I guess they didn't want to hire me because I have no experience. These stores were hiring at the time. How can I get a job in retail/sale, if no one will hire me?
