I'm applying for a part-time job, what does "Parttime non-ben eligible" means or Part time ben eligible?

It means part time employees are ,or are not ,eligible for benefits such as sick pay, vacation pay, holiday pay, health insurance, etc.

Being eligible for benefits means that as an employee, you would be able to take part in the company's health insurance and vacation pay programs.

Are you supposed to check one box or the other?

Some companies have rules that you have to work more than x hours per week to get benefits like health insurance. x might be 30, or 35, or 40...it varies.

I think it means you dont get benefits
